Huffman EMS is a small community based 911 ambulance in an unincorporated section of Northeast Harris County. HEMS began service in September of 2017 and employs 8 full time employees. Huffman EMS is a true 3rd Service Model EMS Department. Completely separate from the Police and Fire Departments. We believe this type of system allows for the most efficient and adequate public safety EMS Department for the community.
